BYK 500 is an emulsion device specially designed for industrial use. It is used to achieve a bor oil mixture concentration of up to 5%. Its main body is made of durable materials to ensure a stable and long-lasting structure.

BYK 500
BYK 500 is designed to prepare bor oil mixtures with concentrations up to 5%. It is fixed to the barrel lid and connected to the water line via a hose.
The concentration can be gradually adjusted using the control valve. During installation, the inner pipe is wrapped with Teflon, inserted into the barrel, and secured with a screw lid.
Hoses are used for water inlet and mixture outlet. The hoses should not exceed 150 cm in length.
The desired concentration is obtained by measuring with a refractometer during adjustment. The multiplier values marked on the barrel are used as a reference during this process.
