BYK 1000

BYK 1000 is designed for industrial use to provide bor oil emulsion at concentrations up to 10%. Its robust body ensures durability and a stable working platform. The device is mounted onto the barrel via its cap, and it connects to tap water using a hose. The emulsion ratio is adjusted with the valve on the unit.

The integrated manometer ensures consistent output regardless of changes in tap water pressure.

During setup, the device is fixed to the oil barrel. The included tube is wrapped with Teflon and mounted through the barrel lid, dipping into the barrel. Once the cap is tightened, the connection is secured. Make sure that both the water inlet and emulsion outlet hoses are no longer than 150 cm.

To adjust the concentration, loosen the adjustment valve gradually and use a refractometer for measurement. Refer to the multiplier indicated on the barrel to set the correct concentration.
